We look after you like we would want to be looked after ourselves! We stay in touch through follow up calls and newsletters, and are always happy to answer questions as you put your new skills to work.
Three times a year we hold free events for clients and friends with drinks and nibbles and a short talk. Plus we have Open Studio one Saturday morning each month, when you can drop in for coffee and a bit of advice.

Here’s an example to show how thorough our sessions are compared to those of other image consultants – our 1to1 shape and style consultation contains what some others cover in three different sessions, and ours lasts around 5 hours compared with only 2 hours with one of the large national companies!
7. Flexibility – you choose what’s best for you
We are an independent image consultancy which means we can be flexible, innovative, and client focussed in how we work. You can choose what’s best for you:
What – choose from our menu of services or ask about a bespoke session.
Who – we discuss your needs with you and agree which consultant will be best for you.
When – we’re open Monday to Saturday, daytime and some evenings.
How – we offer 1to1, small group sessions of 2 or 3 (where you book together), or larger workshops, events and training sessions.
Where – We usually see you at our S10 Studio, but if you need us to, we’ll come to you. We’re also happy to deliver in-house training and workshops.
